For reservations taken we normally keep the information in our Bookings Diary for up to one year.

If you email us our computer software (email client) will automatically retain your email address. We will limit access to this information to senior management (enq@the-marketplace.co.uk and events@the-marketplace.co.uk).

We do not profile our customers, staff or suppliers.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email,phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent. We will not pass your details to any third parties for marketing purposes.
